Friendly staff good prices and a great hair cut

Went here with an appointment, only to turn up and someone else is having their hair cut. So I had to wait 30 minutes. What is the point in an appointment system if they are going to allow walk ins?They also had a loyalty card with a free cut after 10 cuts. After my 7th cut, they changed the card for one requiring 12 cuts to get a free one. Very cheeky to change the goalposts.

I have been with my son to this salon several times they have been very rude to us all the time. Poor and rude service. Staff needs to be behave. Not deserve at least one star

Absolutely love my first experience of chopshop (Wellington Telford) - Katelyn cut my hair - explained exactly what she was doing and checking with me every step of the way - tookher time - half an hour and I only have short hair - but it felt and looked brilliant- would defineltyrecommend - and the on line booking is great!

Friendly and professional. It's better to book an appointment as it can be a bit busy.

Staff here are so lovely and welcoming, great chats when my hair is being cut and they have a loyalty scheme too! Never had a bad experience in the few years I've been a customer :)

Been visiting the Wellington shop a while now and have rarely ever had a bad hair cut. Shout out to Chloe and Caitlyn who always provide a great service and cut.I removed 1-star though due to a visit a couple of weeks ago where a young-ish lad cut my hair and didn't do the best job as most people I met afterwards couldn't really tell that I'd had a hair cut. I wasn't overly concerned about this as he'd never cut my hair before and possibly didn't really understand what I actually wanted done, however his attitude wasn't good at all and not what I've come to expect from the usually very friendly and polite staff. Firstly he failed to even acknowledge me at all when I turned up as he was more interested in his phone and snack and went on to make me wait over 10mins whilst he finished what he was doing, even though I had an appointment and I was on time. I was the only customer in the shop at that time so I did feel it was quite rude to be seen and not acknowledged. On top of that, during the haircut he went on to say *quote* I'm not really bothered what the customer thinks about my hair cuts as I know I always give 110% so if the customer doesn't like it

Booked an appointment and told by abusive staff so has every body else 1& half hours job done paid left never going back
