The header comes from the union of the first two initials of the names of our family: Adelaide, Eleonora and Salvatore. Salvatore in 2019 qualified as a baker and Sfoglino in 2021.

I tried the Culurgiones (Sardinian ravioli) for the first time last sunday and they were delicious, beautiful, and very well made. I am so pleased to have found this bakery as it brings the flavours from home here in London. Also, the service was very professional. I can't wait to buy other delicacies again from them.

I’ve ordered some bits from this website in multiple occasions, and I have to say “simply superb”. The special Sardinian pasta parcels were delicious. The bread loaves are so tasty too. Next stop will be the pastries, which look stunning already.

I discovered this family-run workshop by accident. I was intrigued and tried the tortellini.The flavor was excellent, delicate. They delivered my food for free and conveniently at home.I recommend it!!

Ho ordinato da Adelsa più e più volte, la loro gentilezza è infinita e i loro prodotti sono talmente freschi, buoni e saporiti che ho voluto provare più volte e sperimentare. Per san valentino ho voluto provare i culurgiones personalizzati e li hanno preparati con dei disegni… talmente belli che ho tentennato nel mangiarli per non rovinarli, ma poi appena assaggiati ho capito che erano tanto belli quanto buoni! Consiglio anche la pizza, la vera pizza italiana! Tutti i prodotti sono freschi e sicuramente creati dalle loro dolcissime mani! Consigliatissimo a tutti!
