Small local specialist business who know exactly what’s needed every time we’ve had occasion to to take our Burstner motor home for yearly checks or leaky roof window etc. This is a fantastic business for motor home and caravan owners who need annual checks etc. Lovely business owners Andy,Tracy and Lily are really helpful - wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Not impressed. I used this firm to look at my fridge. He told me I needed a new part which he would try and get for me. He told me later the original part was no longer available, then gave me the run around trying to source a generic replacement, well the original is still available from Dometic, and my fridge did have a serial number, on the inside of the fridge, had he looked harder. Apart from that he was a cheerful chap.

Had a problem with my whale water heater in my motorhome not working on gas . Contacted Andy and after looking at it got the problem fixed. Kept me informed all the way through about the cost and parts needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and recommend him.
