Trip to transport my elderly mother, recovering from hip fracture, over 200 miles to a residential care home in south-west from north-west England went amazingly well: lovely, professional and caring crew who got her there in good time despite blizzard conditions at times. John, the booking co-coordinator, was really helpful. Highly recommend for non-urgent patient transport, particularly in a stressful scenario.

Fantastic service moving a relative from hospital to a care home. EMA were great in accommodating some last-minute changes to plan, and the transfer itself was smooth, professional and caring. Staff kept me up to date as to pick up time and progress on journey. Nothing more I could have asked for.

I would like to say how pleased I was with EMA and the service we received. I did think it was a bit expensive to move mum such a short distance , but when the team left it was worth every penny.The lady on the phone the men who did the move and equipment used were all first class.

Rob and Julie transported my very nervous and in pain mother from her home today to her new care home. From start to finish they were so caring and thoughtful and couldn’t have done anymore to put mum at ease so thank you so much! Great communication too from speaking with Lisa at the time of booking to Julie calling me to let us know they were running late due to weather and traffic. Would 100% recommend! Sally and Pippa.
