So pleased we selected Lex Allan to deal with the sale of my 83 year old mum's home. They were really 'nice' people to deal with, important when you're elderly, and thoroughly efficient and professional too. Jess was the primary contact and was really good, but all our dealings were pleasant. Jess formed a good working relationship with our solicitor and together they guided us, and the purchasers, through the final stages which were made difficult by a Land Registry query. Highly Recommended.

First and foremost, I would like to say a massive thank you for the whole team at Lex Allan, Stourbridge. They were professional and efficient from the start to the very end. I initially went with a different estate agent, but due to getting no viewings at all, I decided to bring Lex Allan on board. This was a decision that proved to be successful with Lex Allan able to sell my home in difficult circumstances due to the current economic living crisis. Others in my chain definitely went with cheaper estate agents and this showed with their lack of communication and professionalism. I would highly suggest other people do not just choose the cheapest price they find…They are cheaper for a reason and Lex Allan’s average price doesn’t do justice for the high level of quality they provide their clients with.I would also like to offer a special thanks to Kerrie in particular, she was an absolute star after we sold the house as she then saw the sale through to completion. She showed great levels of expertise, efficiency and a resilient attitude to do everything she could to help the house move happen.Thank you Lex Allan.

Extremely professional whilst at the same time being friendly and welcoming.From a buyer’s perspective they were reassuring and even though they weren’t appointed by me as I was the buyer, I felt as if they still worked very hard to help me with contacting solicitors and chasing the chain.Having had experience of most of the local estate agents I can hands down say that Lex Allan are far above the rest when it comes to genuinely caring about their clients and work hard for their clients to get the best deal.Please don’t hesitate if you are thinking of using them to sell your home and consider yourself lucky if the home you want to buy is being marketed by them.

Sold & bought through Lex Allan. Their valuation was accurate (unlike other agents who gave us inflated prices to try and secure the sale), the professional pictures were great and as a result, we got multiple viewings and ended up getting a very fair price secured.Post sale support was fantastic. Lex Allan have been amazing from the initial valuation back in March to completion. Lex junior carried out the valuation he was very friendly, polite and explained the whole process to us.
