Fantastic experience of Cuffy Tech Solutions. I have had experience of the services remotely and in person. Ben is very calm and patient and has assisted with backing up my data, creating videos with my photos and helping with general laptop problems. This has resulted in my laptop running a lot faster. Would highly recommend!

Hero of the hour !!!Today, my computer was hacked with a virus that had been downloaded remotely. With no way of even getting past switching it on without it freezing, I phoned Ben at 1.30 pm. He was with me within the hour, took the computer away saying it could be back with me by the morning after backing up my work on an external hard drive and reconfiguring it, etc, etc.Fantastic I thought!!I then got a phone call that he'd sorted out the problem faster than he thought and he returned it by 5.30 in perfect working order. What absolutely outstanding service! I'll be recommending him to all friends and family going forward.Thanks again Ben, you're amazing xCharlotte

Over the Christmas/new year period my computer hard drive failed and I was a bit stuck for getting it sorted out. Rang Cuffy Tech and Ben got back to me by phone. I explained the problem and the following day he picked it up recovered what was recoverable and fitted a new hard drive. Back up and running. He returned the PC which I am very happy with. All done at a reasonable price considering the time of year. Very quick. I would recommend him for his professionalism and speed of response.

I have come to Ben with a damaged laptop, I beleived that it would be next to impossible to retrieve data from it's drive. However, Ben has retrieved the data I needed and also repaired/ upgraded the laptop for me.A brilliant service, I highly recommend
