Was recommended to use Britain's by a friend and I am certainly glad I asked him. I had an error code come up on my boiler which had left me without heating and hot water. I called Britain's and Steve came out to me the following day to have a look. Unfortunately as the boiler hadn't been installed properly with the correct parts and it hadn't been looked after by previous owners, it was recommended to change the boiler as this would be a much better long term fix than just changing a couple of parts. Elliott installed the new boiler within a couple of days and was very tidy and efficient. Everyone I dealt with at Britain's could not have been more helpful or friendly.

We had a new shower fitted, which also required a change of pipework. The job was completed to our satisfaction by a friendly yet professional staff member who tidied up well at the end of the job. The price was comparable to others, but Britain's were prompt in sending someone to quote and responsive when we asked for the job to be done. Overall, a very good experience.

Steve and his team have done an amazing refurbishment of our bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Had the bath replaced with a walk in shower which looks great and is far more practical for our needs. Steve gave us a lot of advice and nothing is too much trouble. All the team are friendly and always tidy up at the end of each day and leave the rooms clean. The refurbishment did take longer than expected but really pleased with the result.
