Fabulous! Apart from the staff filling shelves as soon as store opens instead of earlier so they're constantly in customers way when we are trying to shop!

Excellent store generally, manages to get a good range of products in a relatively small floorspace. The soft drinks section is a bit small though, and often has empty shelves towards the early evening. Staff always seem polite and friendly. Could do with merging the queues for the 'large' and 'small' selfservice checkouts, as the current separate queues make people guess at which one will move fastest. Always plenty of car parking space, including an overflow on Bassano Road.

Quick shopping trip, plenty of parking, staff friendly and store clean and tidy, has petrol station attached and Argos onsite so great to pop in and get goods from Argos and do shopping

Doesn't feel like the cleanest shop and feels quite packed in. Not a very wide selection of treats for Pets which is what I went in for.

Yesterday 6/7/23 I went into sainsburys to do a big shop for my grandchildren coming to stay . I had written a list of things I needed taking note of offers and points available for a smart shop which I always use . The smart shop wouldn’t load to start my shop so after several attempts and much frustration I spotted a manager called Alex and asked for his help , he was really good pleasant polite and helped me to get SmartShop working , after getting all my items I went to the self checkout and tried to load my shop onto the screen it came up as transaction not recognised , this was so annoying I had lost my bill , the assistant fetched Alex while I was wondering if I had to re scan my entire shop ! Alex arrived and somehow managed to retrieve my bill on screen . Amazing work thank you Alex you're a star and a credit to the company .

10/10 using the uber delivery app. The worker I spoke with to see if they could add a different item (as the orginal item wasn't in stock). I didn't get the workers name, but they were very kind, and didn't hesitate to quickly add it to the bag before collection . I'm very thankful, as I have autism and get stressed when things are not right or not anticipated. Thanks again 10/10.

One of the few places that sells super unleaded petrol that I need for my car and motorbike. Generally good prices. The store is useful too having Argos inside.
