Delivery was just appalling. An enormous pile of planks and logs and boards was dumped OUTSIDE my house because they were “not allowed” to step inside the property.It took me and my brother 3.5 hours to move every single item of the log cabin (VERY HEAVY stuff) inside in the pouring rain. All the wood is wet now, it better not get damaged.As ridiculous as it sounds at least a pre-warning would have saved us money, time and countless injuries.I should have chosen Quick-Garden, at least they deliver AND assemble.

The company were helpful and efficient. The gazebo kit was delivered on time and the contractor who assembled it said the instructions were clear and easy to follow with one small exception - they left too big an overhang of felt shingles on the bottom edge of the roof leaving it looking untidy and had to add a wooden baton to tidy it up. I later found out that the recommended overhang is 15-20mm.We're very pleased with the quality of the product and would recommend Dunster House as a supplier.

I purchased the 4x2.5 mtr Rhine cabin from dunster house, and I am really impressed with the quality. Delivery went great, helpful guys and bang on time. I built the cabin on my own and I've got to say didn't have any problems (no splitting or warping). I am very surprised by the quality and looks like it will last a long time. (2 coats of quality clear wood preserver and 2 coats of quality clear oil based protector). Going off the experience I've had with Dunster House and the Rhine cabin I would highly recommend.

Excellent product, service and delivery. Everything arrived on time in perfect condition. Easy to assemble (with a few helpers). We got ours up in a day. Now the woods treated we're ready to sort the inside. 100% recommended

Terminator Cabin Delivered Friday, delivery guys super helpful.Builders turned up Saturday morning and it’s been issue after issue since, customer service hasn’t been helpful what so ever… had to pay builders for a days work and got nothing done!Pieces missing, pieces not flush, not correct screws, screws to short! Scribbles on the wood! It really has been a disaster for us! Which is so so disappointing after spending so much money!So disappointment and upset from the service I have received since delivery.

Before picking Dunster House for my summer house,I visited a number of different companies and found that this was the best one for me a 74 year old diy person. The delivery was very Quick from ordering which was great because the weather was not looking good.On delivery of the product I checked everything and nothing was missing. Reading the instructions on the build process for the summer house I found easy and set about building it between showers. The only time I needed help was in the final stages of build putting on the doors and doing the roof.All in all an excellent product and experience. I would recommend the the company and product to anyone.

I ordered the Dominator INSULATED Garden Office W3.3m x D2.3m, concidering this is listed as DIY, I'd say you have to be a little more skilled than that, I have never read instructions as much as I have with this build. It took me on and off over 2 weeks to complete, the painting takes ages of course, I send a few questions to the customer service that you can only contact by email and when your on a time scale you can't wait around for an email reply! They will only answer a question if you have the page and part number, like I have a question about a gap and having no part to fit it, it didn't have a part number but they still replied asked me for it.Overall now it's built and finished, it's a fantastic product for the money, other comparable ones I looked at were like £10,000 upwards. So it's alot of work but worth it in the end!

Bought a 2m x2m Pergola, delivered on agreed day & two very pleasant staff actually carried the parts to the rear or our property to save me moving it. First class company staff went above & beyond. Instructions easy to follow. Said two man job but managed on my own.

Great customer service as they kept me updated from the moment my order was confirmed, delivery drivers were very helpful. The cabin is solid and straight forward to build using the tutorial videos on Dunster. The build took myself and my partner about 3 days. I would totally recommend Dunster

Great product went together with 2 people in 3 days. Product was packaged good and delivery driver helpful with the unloading.Double glazing windows and doors great quality I'm pleased with this product
