Popcorn was stale or overcooked, awful service: approached and the girl with glasses was stood on her phone, I asked for my bag, she handed it to me and said “2 pounds” then carried on staring at her phone, didn’t even acknowledge me! Very rude. -5:30pm Thursday 17th August

Popcorn and caddyfloss is great, but the youngsters covering the cashier need some customer service training, as they are just miserable and don't even smile or say they're please and thank you's... Anyhoo food quality is good and reasonable priced.

Amazing fresh popcorn. I would definitely recommend getting your popcorn from here if you are going to the cinema, or to keep your child entertained round the shops!

The service here was awful. Very weird and rude girl. Candy floss was great though.I don’t know how to reply back but I can edit my comment. We visited on Saturday the 19th November. It was sometime after 5:30pm.
