karl is unbelievable at what he does! ive seen him on a few occasions now in real pain and i can assure you youll leave him 60% better, very honest, very fair and very thorough! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I have seen Karl at KD Sports Therapy on and off over the past 12-18 months but have recently started to see him on a regular basis due to suffering with a long term shoulder problem. After seeing both physios and an osteopath, who i felt had gone as far as they could, i decided to get back in contact with Karl as i was convinced the problem was in some way related to my posture. I was right and Karl saw that instantly along with other areas that needed work. Karl got straight to work on the issues and after 4 weeks i can already feel the difference, not only has the pain subsided significantly, my range of motion has improved as well as my performance. I train 4 times a week and lift quite heavy and can already see the benefits of my sessions with Karl. Add to that is the change in my mindset in respect of my posture, i am much more conscious of it and whilst im not cured just yet, im certainly on the right path. I cannot speak highly enough of Karl and the treatment he provides, i would recommend him to anyone who is suffering with niggling injuries and to everyone who trains on a regular basis and is in need of some self-maintenance. He's an absolute godsend!
