Excellent service. I had a broken screen on my phone and booked an appointment on their website (very convenient) very late night for the following day and received confirmation immediately. They sent a WhatsApp message the following morning to reconfirm the appointment which was great. On arrival the team were friendly, attentive and immediately got working on my phone. I was in and out in 45 minutes with the screen fixed and working with genuine manufacturers parts. Definitely will recommend and if needed, I will be revisiting them myself. I broke my Samsung S21 ultra screen, and googled repairs. These guys charged the lowest at £225, the next cheapest was £260 with dubious reviews; Samsung official and others were charging £330.Communication was excellent and clear (they have a WhatsApp business account), website was easy to use, the person in the shop was clear, efficient, kind and funny. The screen was replaced (using a service pack) within 45 minutes, and so far I am pleased with a perfectly functioning phone and screen.One heads up, which is not the business' fault in any way, is that pay and display car parking spaces on the high street were tough to find. But apart from between 11am-12noon, there are residential streets close by that allow parking. (I went for an 11am appointment so I'm a sucker).

I had a very positive experience at While You Wait Repairs. I went in with a OnePlus 8 Pro with a broken charging port and the guys here fixed it within the hour and even had a spare back cover in stock (mine was shattered) - all offered at a very fair price. They treat their customers with respect and humility. I will be going back if ever I need electronic devices fixing

Absolutely brilliant! Laptop had been written off by original supplier, who wanted more than the cost of a new one to repair a faulty charge point. WYWR took the time to investigate, replaced the charging point and got it working again. Like magic :-)

I requested screen replacement for my galaxy s9. Overall Excellent service.Received text details of appt and directions which were very helpful. Shop owner was pleasant, couch to sit and wait.20-30min only and Good value, would definitely recommend.

I dropped my phone and display was not working. I contacted while you wait repairs and they were really helpful. They had the display for my phone and informed me to come to the shop and it will be repaired in 30 mins and they kept their word and i got the phone repaired within 30 mins. Also not forget it was cheap than the other stores. My phone display is working really good, definitely the display is not same as the original but i would say it is pretty good at the price i paid.
