Havent recieved the dress yet but booked in for march but the level of service is 10 out of 10. I know i will definitely be using rent and rotate many times again in the future.

Lovely designer dresses and i’ll mention the packaging box was just gorgeous. Dresses can’t go wrong with any body types. Hannah is really accommodating and helped you with everything. Will always go back. So recommended!

I had such a lovely experience at rent and rotate. After seeing an item on social media I contacted the store and was able to come in and try the item on and book it for an event. It was in perfect condition and Hannah even had alterations made to the length of the item to fit better! I’ve never received so many compliments on an outfit before. Communication was brilliant from start to finish, I was able to pick the item up and post back with no issues. Everything in the store was gorgeous and the whole process was so easy, hoping I have another excuse to rent again soon! Thank you ☺️

Hannah was extremely helpful from start to finish, we tried the dress on first before committing to hire which was very helpful, it fitted my daughter perfectly and she wore it to her prom, can’t fault anything in the whole process and would highly recommend
