Paul heating have provided an excellent service and they were happy to be flexible fitting in around other trades and COVID during our renovation of former sandstone stable building. Not due to be commissioned in January 2022 but so far they could not be faulted.

I have been using Paul HR Scotland since we moved into our new house in June 2018. The service has always been outstanding, very friendly, receptive and responsive. For our last order PHRS proactively and promptly contacted us to reorganise it when it was not delivered and returned to them. The site is extremely informative too. A great business to continue to support.

I am very impressed by this company. The product was good value and arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, through no fault of the company the product (a ventilation fan) was damaged in transit. Responses were prompt and supportive. A replacement was arranged for delivery as quickly as possible. In short I would recommend this company to you.

Ordered new air filters from PAUL Heat Recovery, and initially there was a problem with the address these were sent to, as the billing and delivery addresses were mixed up.One phone call later, they sent out a replacement order which arrived next day. Great service.
