We nipped in on the off chance to price up at cruise. Bev was really welcoming and spent the time to find out exactly that we wanted came up with a couple of options. Bev was able to talk through the various options using her knowledge and experience to recommend options based her personal experiences. Dealing with Barrhead was a breeze and any questions we've had since booking have been answered quickly. Great service, would recommend.

We booked our Lapland trip with Marie at Barrhead Travel, it was the trip of a lifetime! Marie was so knowledgeable and helpful - nothing was too much trouble and she just made everything easy.Marie booked our next holiday to Turkey too. I’m sure she has actually travelled to most countries in the world - which really helps when making decisions!I would recommend Barrhead Travel to all my friends.

My husband and I visited Barrhead in Northwich last weekend to book our first family holiday with our baby. We were met by Amy who I couldn’t praise enough! Not only were her customer service skills excellent, she went above and beyond with personal touches and really made us feel relaxed and at ease. Amy allowed us to enjoy the booking process and gave us all her time and efforts to ensure that we found exactly what we were looking for. It’s without a shadow of doubt that we will be booking our future holidays through Barrhead and hopefully with the lovely Amy again. Thankyou so much xxx

Amy helped us decide our destination and found us lots of beautiful hotels to choose from, for our honeymoon in august! She was very patient and managed to find exactly what we were looking for in a hotel. Would highly recommend booking through her/ Barrhead.

We were delighted with the friendly professional service from all the staff but especially Marie. She has managed to organise the most fabulous holidays for us at very competitive prices. We’re given many options and guided through the process to ensure we have everything we need to enable a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. It’s lovely to be assisted by staff who actually want you to have the best experiences. And why we’ll continue to go to Barrhead Travel. Why sit at home sifting through websites when you can have someone with good knowledge organising everything for you.

I have booked 3 holidays with Barrhead travel but I will be going on my 1st one this weekend as 2 had to be cancelled due to covid they have been fantastic throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough. The whole team are so lovely and pleasant. They are always so helpful with any questions or queries nothing is to much trouble.
