Very helpful guys.Have bought a lot of stuff from them and they have always provided quality materials at a reasonable price.I got some timber from there and was chopping it up. The team helped me out and were very friendly.Is good to great customer service.

To be honest I haven't even visited the store. I gave them a call and asked if they sell resin guns. They don't. So much for all the supplies you need to take care of any building project". A resin gun is a pretty basic tool."

Was recommended,but after my 1st ever phone call to them ,I felt that the person wasn't helpful at all.just wanted wood sheets for a shed roof, thought they would recommend which I would need, nope ,made me choose on which material I wanted to buy .this is why I asked them in the 1st place. Ended up twice the price of a named retail chain.

We have just moved to St Albans from Nottingham and are renoavting our house/doing an extension on a sort of self-build basis. We found Elsons about 5 months ago on google and they have sorted us out ever since with all our building supplies. They have been extremely helpful and offered a lot of advice which we really appreciate, things like finding bricks which were a perfect match to the existing ones. Deliveries have been spot on, really helpful drivers, always the next day, occasionally same day when I have really needed something and the pricing has been very competitive. I have dealt with Jon and Chris who have been excellent but no doubt it is the boys in the yard who make sure that we get everything on our order and nothing is missing! All in all Elsons have been superb and I would highly recommend them.

This company are the real deal , I always order my festool kit from them , they have the full range , excellent staff , always very helpful , and always next day delivery , which is great , I won’t use any other company , I used three for about three years , excellent , bespoke decorating hanham , mike howard

The best. Expert, go out of their way to help. Miss them not being in London. But they maintain the same service and deliver every day to London, so it doesn't matter so much. Recommend them highly. Good company. Been using them for nearly 20 years.

I found a great place. Great prices, fast and friendly stuff, helpfull peoples. No matter, You spend £1000 or £50. You're the most important for them. They really do care about a customer. Absolutely love this place, I do spend far to much here but it can’t be help, very knowledgeable bunch and will do anything they can to help, I actually now dont purchase tools from Screwfix or toolstation as they never have stock but Elsons tools always have what I need there and then.Highly recommended to anyone I can
