My sister and I were lucky enough to get Mark Element as our tour guide for 2 days of traveling through the Cotswolds last week, followed by a day in Oxford with Steve Hunt. Both were so knowledgeable about the areas and able to share with us really interesting details of the area’s history, along with stories about the area. We hope to come back soon, and will definitely ask for Mark and Steve again!

My husband and I had the most magical time touring The Cotswold's with Dave and Robin. We got to see and experience everything we hoped to in 3 days. The experience with the company was fantastic from the initial planning stages and the great recommendations on where to stay and go, all the way to the curated local experiences, coffee breaks and walking history tours. We enjoyed our tour guides company during the relaxing drives from village to village. We can't wait to visit again soon. We will definitely share this company with friends and family. Robin Sutter was an amazing guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and took us to several non-touristy spots that made the day very memorable. We learned about the history of and present day life in the Cotswolds. We had a fabulous day!

I can't recommend this company highly enough! We were with Steve for two days and enjoyed every minute of our time. Steve is a real gentleman, knows every road like the back of his hand, knows the history of the Cotswolds, and took us to many hidden gems we never would have discovered on our own. David was a fantastic guide. He was very knowledgeable about the area, entertaining us with stories and historic facts. My husband and I spent two wonderful days touring the Cotswolds with Steve. His knowledge of the area was outstanding in terms of history and side notes. He was engaging, had a great sense of humor and very attentive to our interests. There is no question that we would love to use Cotswolds Tours and travel in the future and would most certainly ask for Steve as our guide.

My wife and I had an amazing experience touring the Cotswolds with Mark for three days. Right from the start when he picked us up from the airport he made us feel at ease and his vehicle was extremely clean and comfortable. Mark knew so much about each village we visited as a local resident and he was very flexible whenever my wife and i wanted to hop out to take some pictures. He is able to craft a truly tailored experience based on our interests and i would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in a future tour of the Cotswolds.

We saw many wonderful places in the Cotswolds, and on our way from Bath to London, England, with Mark E! Each day, he made sure we saw everything we wanted, and had places for us to visit that were surprises! Steve made sure we saw all the places we wanted, and suggested more places for us to see on our trip from Cardiff, Wales, to Bath, England, based on our interests! Mark and Steve made our days with them such fun! We absolutely would recommend Cotswolds Tours & Travel!

This was the best part of our England visit. We spent a week in the Cotswolds and the 2 day bespoke tour was the highlight of our time. Our tour guides, Mark and Colin, provided detailed and delightful commentary on the region. We were picked up and returned to our lodging.One day was in Oxford with side stops at Addlegate and Blenheim. The tour of Oxford exceeded my expectations. Mark knew not only the history and present date Oxford, but had so many stories about the legends and lore surrounding this incredible city. The second day was spent in the countryside with stops at some of the most beautiful and historic gardens imaginable.These tours were focused on what we wanted to see and the guides were adept in in accommodating last minute changes. We could linger if we so desired or move on at our own pace.The car was roomy, clean, and comfortable.Our entire experience with Cotswold Tours was outstanding, from booking through the tour days. The owner, Eddie Dale, made this a seamless adventure. He maintained excellent communication with us from booking through the tours. I cannot speak highly enough about Cotswold Tours. I will book them again and again for a beautiful and memorable tour of this extraordinary country side.Thanks Eddie!

Indeed, this tour was one of the highlights of our visit to England. It was such an immense pleasure having Mark as our guide. He was a wealth of knowledge. Friendly, accommodating, and courteous.
