We have had help from both Cara and Lucy when trying to purchase a complete new board set up. We mainly dealt with Cara, but want to give Lucy a mention as she was so great, friendly and helpful too! Both ladies were always so funny, polite and knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help us make the right purchase. We tested boards on the slope to ensure we liked the feel of it. Cara made sure our new boots were heat moulded and felt comfortable, made sure the board was the correct for our weight/height, and style of riding. Everything about the process was made so much easier because of these fab ladies. They truly deserve some recognition for their great work! Also, we got 15% discount for purchasing a whole board set up, so worthwhile if you're in the market for a new board!

Went in on Saturday late afternoon as my snow boots were not snug, Cara and Calum took their time to understand my issue, gave me advice and resolved my issue while I waited. Both really friendly and had a lot of knowledge. Thank you both for making my day will definitely be shopping here again.

Two really helpful staff (one guy one girl, didn’t take their names) helped me with some snowbird buying advice, let me test a few demos, weren’t pushy! Highly recommend

Super friendly, helpful, and great service. Was immediately seen by someone who helped with boot fitting, was full of knowledge and passion, and who made the whole process easy.Only tip - Don't bother with the snow slope next door, it's atrocious! Buy your gear here, then go find some real snow!

My son and I tested some demo boards and bindings at TSA today. Big shout out to Lucy and Cara who were brillant. Super knowledgeable, friendly and cool. They both seemed to know exactly what to try us on!!We will be back to purchase when the new stock arrives!

TSA as part of the Ellis Brigham store is great and the staff are all fab. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, offer advice without pushing sales and are happy to hear your ideas. You can chat to them for hours. They've got some really nice kit and deals on when you buy set combinations (e.g. boots, boards, bindings comes with a big discount). Worth a visit!

Great service from very knowledgeable and approachable staff. Having not been on a snowboard for a number of years, I needed a new board/boots/bindings etc as mine were about 17 years old. I am someone that would normally shop around and order online. But after a few visits to the store whilst my daughter was having ski lessons, I realised that the knowledge and advice from the guys in the store was invaluable. They really new their stuff! I ended up buying all my equipment from the store and thanks to their advice am confident I have the right set up for my needs. I would recommend and use again. Thank you :)

I Contacted the team Saturday by email to say we were total beginners and wanted to try some snowboard boots. Cal got straight back to us and said it wasn’t a problem and also checked stock sizes to make sure it was worth our time.Sunday we rocked up, met Cal and were referred to Laura.The visit was mostly for my wife to try different sizes and styles. Laura walked us through every aspect of the boots and the difference in styles, sizes and how to make sure a boot fitted well.She answered all our questions and, most importantly, directed the info to my wife who was the one trying on.Laura was professional, friendly and helpful and supported both of us through our queries around a boots and boards and some advice for our first trip!We ended up with a pair of snowboard boots for my wife they were heat moulded to her feet in store.I was so very impressed with the attention and support given and I will be back once they have had a delivery of my size. Well worth the trip over from Oxford!Great team and individuals with excellent knowledge.

Very good service from a helpful and friendly female staff member. Sorry I didn't catch your name! Went to get a new pair of snowboard boots and have tried several pairs suggested by the sales person. I got plenty of good advice and no pressure to buy anything. It took a while to find the perfect fit and eventually after trying on multiple boots I found one which fitted like a glove. Very satisfied with the service. Will come back!
