Best customer service we have had in a very long time. Purchased a divan bed and headboard, salesman was really knowledgeable and not at all pushy leaving us to make an informed decision so that we could talk together in private. When the bed arrived they kept it whilst we completed some works to our bedroom. Delivery was fantastic, great lads and again very helpful. An all round fantastic experience.

Great service, lovely bed and mattress and good deals. Sales staff were very helpful and delivery men were great. Bed was ready quicker than expected and easy to arrange delivery. Also accepted NHS discount which was a bonus.

The team at The Bed Shop are brilliant. They know everything there is to know about all the options on beds and mattresses, but make it really easy to understand and don’t overwhelm you with the detail. Incredibly friendly and patient, and absolutely not at all pushy or sales focused. I bought a mattress for the first time in my life and didn’t know what to look for and the staff were very helpful. When I first got the mattress it was firmer than I would have liked but this is completely normal and changes over time and this is why a lot of the mattresses have a 60 night sleep trial. Would definitely recommend The Bed Shop, I wouldn’t buy a mattress anywhere else. I spoke to a few in the shop but Rob was my main go-to for queries. Thank you Rob. You have been great!

I went to The Bed Shop to get my little boy a mattress. The team were so knowledgable, showed me a variety of options and I was able to get pros and cons of each mattress. They also entertained him so that I could shop without distraction.The mattress arrived the next day as promised. We decided on a hybrid mattress. Its unbelievably comfy. Little one loves it.Couldn't be happier. Thanks a lot!

Have purchased beds and on occasions just mattresses from here and been really satisfied. We have just bought another single bed and only received it about 2 hrs ago, a bit of advice to anyone who gies for the sliding doors instead of the drawers, the base of the bed is only cardboard not ply or hardboard so not 100% sure of it's strength when storing stuff under it!!

Positive experience, staff helpfully and knowledgeable but not overpowering. Happy to step back and allow us to look around, including visiting other shops. Once we made our choice prompt, efficient and friendly service. Just waiting now for delivery of my new bed xxx

This is probably the fourth bed we bought from the shop and every time we been really happy with the bed and the service we received we bought a bed the other day. There was a minor problem which was all our fault and the guys at the shop sorted it out. No problem really impressed. Thanks a lot

Saw Craig at the store when we visited to purchase a new bed. He was absolutely excellent, he listened to our requests and showed us lots of options, guiding us throughout. He suggested combining the matress we wanted with a different base to ensure we purchased the storage options we wanted.We purchased a bed and matress on the day, and arranged to have our old bed and mattress taken away by the store on the day of delivery which was greatly appreciated. We agreed the date of delivery and I received a text confirmation the day before to advise the time slot plus a call on the day to advise they were to arrive within 10 minutes. The bed and matress were delivered and taken to the bedroom. What superb service thank you.
