Care Fertility

We have recently been discharged from Care Sheffield and words cannot express how thankful we are to each and every staff member there. From the moment we walked in for our first appointment we were made to feel welcome, nothing is ever too much for them. They are always at the end of the phone, even at weekends, they always answered every question, and always made us feel calm throughout the IVF process. Their counselling service is fantastic, Adrianne is so understanding and i cant thank her enough for getting me (emma) through some difficult times. 5 stars are not enough for Care Sheffield, we wish we could give them more. Thank you a million times over, we will be forever grateful.Emma and Lee x

We had a brilliant experience with care fertility Sheffield. The team were all very friendly and made us feel at ease. We are so grateful for there help in conceiving our little boy, who was born in May after years of fertility struggles.

I can't speak highly enough of this place and the team in Sheffield. From day one everyone was friendly and welcoming and you really are made to feel special. Every member of staff is doing an amazing job and literally working miracles. We felt like we were in the best hands and even after a successful treatment the nurses said not to hesitate to call them for anything if needed.

My wife and I are struggling with Care Sheffield. We're of an age where time really matters, and we're finding it very difficult to get the service we're paying for. We've had a few issues over the course of the treatment, and it's taking a long time, we started about 3 years ago. The final straw was today - it took 40 minutes listening to the your call is important to us" hold music before someone answered the phone - we finally have an appointment in 1 month for someone to take some blood

The service and care we received from Care Fertility in Sheffield was second to none. From the initial phone call and walking through the door we were made to feel extremely welcome. All the staff are friendly, helpful & informative but still remain professional. Care Sheffield ensures that they support you throughout what is already a difficult process and nothing is too much trouble. By the end of the treatment we felt like family and were sad to be discharged after successful treatment. Care Fertility Sheffield really do go the extra mile and we will be eternally grateful for all their help and support.

100% recommend care sheffield, from the reception staff right through to the consultants. Always professional, and really seemed to care about the outcome of treatment, I do need to give a special mention to nurse manager emma maloney. She was perfect answered every phonecall message, did our bloods scans just everything, even came in on her day off to see our transfer through as i was nervous. Now thanks to her and dr. petsas ( Dream team) I have a 7 month old baby boy, our little care bear, and all this was achieved in one month with care, i was only with them a few weeks and was pregnant.

I posted previously on trust pilot but felt it important to let others know of a truly positive experience. I chose to travel 2 hours to Care Sheffield due to its reputation, and I can hand on heart say it was well deserved. The entire team are so conscientious and friendly. Everything is sorted promptly. If they say they will call they will. Appointments were on time and so informative. Special thanks to Dr Petsas! His knowledge, compassion and dedication make a huge difference. I have just completed my first round of IVF as an individual and can say I felt completely at ease and well informed with everything and which decisions would be best.I am now 16 weeks pregnant with a baby girl and can’t thank the Sheffield team enough

My first IVF treatment with CARE Fertility, my pregnancy test was positive, had a very straight forward pregnancy, and my miracle was born 16th feb 22. She is now 5 months old and I cannot thank CARE fertility enough. Words are not enough to express my feelings its been a very long journey for me, had many treatments with other clinics but was not aware I should have chosen CARE the first time instead of wasting my hopes, time and money with other clinics. I would like to thank everyone at CARE for being so wonderful, very supportive and helpful throughout my infertility journey.
