Natalie is an actual living ANGEL! It might sound ridiculous but this amazing human changed my life. Natalie's Soul Serenity shop is nothing short of divine. It is the most relaxing and special place of all time. You walk in and it feels like home. Natalie there is not enough words to even express what you do, how talented and special you are and how thankful I am for EVERYTHING! I would recommend this place and Natalie to everyone. She literally is a gem :)

If I were able to give Soul Serenity Spa more than 5 stars I would do so in recognition of the high quality of therapy and the very personal and unique experience offered by Natalie. Stepping through the door is like escaping into another world of tranquility and calm away from the outside bustle. A serene haven that immediately promotes a sense of peace and ease. Natalie is always so welcoming, and rather than rushing straight to my hot stone massage, she takes time to find out how I am feeling and what I have been dealing with since my last treatment. This personal approach means that she is able to focus her expert, intuitive skills where they can be most effective. After the treatment, Natalie again takes time to talk about my wellbeing, and by the time I leave, I feel relaxed and positive no matter how out of sorts I might have felt when I arrived. Thank you Natalie for your wonderful skill and care, and for the truly holistic approach you provide.

I have seen Natalie twice once after my dad passed and recently when i felt very lost in life where i had tarot readings. She is very professional and puts you at ease. I always feel more positive and happier afterwards. She is truely gifted at what she does. Also i have purchased beatiful stones from her which she blesses. They have really helped me. The shop is beautiful and you feel a sense of calm and protection when there. If i could put more stars i would. You should definitely visit!x

I been visiting Natalie at Soul Serenity for the last 7 years. I have enjoyed many different treatments that she offers from: Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Sound Bath, Tarot Reading and Nails. I always enjoy my visits to see Natalie as she makes it a warm welcoming experience each and every time.The reason I keep visiting Natalie is because of her holistic approach to the therapies. Giving extra attention to the entirety of body and soul. I feel replenished, rejuvenated and balance whenever I had treatments here. Natalie’s knowledge in this field is extensive, I leave feeling I have learnt something new every time I come.Thank you Natalie, I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me. It made a massive positive impact on my life mentally and emotionally.

Today I had the most amazing experience with a full body hot stone massage from the delightful Natalie. Her attention to detail and understanding my needs was outstanding.I have been to some high profile spas and had treatments in my time including hot stones, but this beat them all. Not only did she have the most amazing and best comfortable massage bed ever she also had a hot stone neck rest. I am so looking forward to my next treatment.The bonus was to also browse through the crystal shop, Natalie's knowledge brought me back to my love of crystals.One thing that stood out throughout my experience today was that Natalie made time for me, listened and clearly showed she cared before and after my treatment. Her shop and treatment studio is hidden away in the most delightful part of Wimborne right next to the river. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend visiting Natalie .I am so pleased to of found you and I am looking forward to working my way through the menu of treatments you have available and to my first nights sleep in months - I was so relaxed earlier when I came home I fell asleep in the garden ! Natalie is a naturally gifted and intuitive healer. I first saw her when I was very stressed and burnt out. Her sound healing radically changed that - the first session was amazing - afterwards I felt like I had been totally recharged! Most of my stress was gone and I felt like I had had very deep level energy boost. The follow up sessions continued that and made big improvements on how I felt physically and emotionally. On top of that Natalie's insights and wisdom have really helped me to find a deeper spiritual perspective, connection and sense of peace.

Phenomenal experience each time I have gone to see Natalie. The first time I went was for a crystal healing and tarot reading. Natalie was informative, knowledgeable and caring. This time, I went for a hot stone massage and it was incredibly relaxing, and beautiful experience. Can't wait to work my way through all of Natalie's holistic therapies.

Every time i find myself Stepping into this shop i already know it’ll be the highlight of that week. The owner, Natalie, is such a warm presence to be around and brimming with pure positive vibes!The various spiritual items around the shop will keep you looking and searching until you find that item that calls to you. Incense fills the air and the entire aesthetic of the shop is just out of this world. The therapy room is a special part of the shop. For me it felt like the room hugged me, hugged my soul. I felt safe and calm and hopeful for the therapy i was about to receive. The sound bath i had was an amazing experience and i recommend any of the therapies available as they all provide incredible relief. 5 stars all the way.

I have just had the pleasure of participating in Natalie‘s crystal healing course, it was so informative, interesting and a huge eye-opener into the world of crystals and everything surrounding that. The day was jampacked with fascinating information, I learned so much and have so much more I want to research now. Natalie is a wealth of knowledge, the theory and the practical element was great and she made so much time for us, I felt very valued.I have also previously received a reflexology treatment from Natalie which was amazing and I love that she adds healing elements to her treatments.Another lovely touch is her beautiful Aladdin‘s Cave full of crystals and the like so I was able to choose some crystals that I was drawn to to take home and continue on the positive well-being.Thank you Natalie, I will definitely be making another visit to you in the near future with your array of treatments and experience that you have to offer.
