Kingston Lions Basketball (Premier Club)

This is a great club doing a brilliant job encouraging and developing young peoples interest in basketball. Our daughter started playing 3 months ago as a novice and the coaches have really developed her skills and enthusiasm for the sport. There is a nice balance between being very inclusive, encouraging everyone and fostering a great team spirit.

Excellent club.My son joined last year and I watched his team start in division 2 and went to division 1 top of their league.In this new division our boys are thriving and yes, win some lose some, but still super hyper to be playing in the playoffs semi finals.Our boys who were pretty much strangers last year, are now a close knit team, thanks to the dedication of the coach Andrew and Dom who have been great at teaching them the ropes, giving guidance, support and moral encouragement.Our boys are happy and motivated. I have noticed this even in the other year groups...They want to achieve great thing as much for themselves as for the team and their coach.

Cannot recommend Kingston Lions enough. My 2 boys train with them twice a week and absolutely love it. They are basketball-mad, thanks to Lions! The coaches are completely inspiring and encourage commitment, teamwork, and professionalism in all the team members. First-rate training for young people.

Lions Basketball is a fantastic club run by professionals. My daughter really enjoys trainings, matches and social gatherings. Keeps her fit, teaches how to be a part of a team and keeps her out of ‘electronics’ and it’s always a bonus.

My daughter is extremely happy to play In Lions. She is very excited on training and game days. Andrew and Shanice are amazing coaches.We are extremely happy to be part of Lions. Highly recommended.

My son has been attending open sessions since April and absolutely loves it. He is learning new skills every week and his confidence is growing. The team at Lions are doing a great job.

Kingston Lions is one of the best club in encouraging and developing young kids. Kids have lot of fun at the same time highly disciplined. My son loves going for his 2 day a week training. I don't think he would mind going everyday :) He absolutely loves it. They have highly motivated and professional coaches. Coach has done a great job in encouraging kids and keeping them motivated even during lockdown Via Zoom.

My son George started training with Lions Basketball club last year through school and felt immediately that this is the right place for him!The players connect strongly and use all their strengths and abilities to learn and improve their basketball skills.The coaches are professional and friendly. They update the parents and children regularly, seeking their feedback too.The training sessions are very well organised and prices affordable.My son now trains twice a week and put his whole heart into the game and the team!Keep going Lions!!!

Lions is the best basketball club in Surrey, my son joined the club just before pandemic, the coaches were training them on zoom throughout the lockdown and when the team started playing again in person, the improvement was massive.My son loves basketball and it’s all because of leadership of the team. Thank you Andrew and Dom for what you are doing for Lions.
