Went to look for a car/4x4 and found a lovely gentleman called John who helped me massively decide. Took time to show me and test drove a couple of vehicles whilst I was there deciding which one would suit me best for a family of 5. Definitely recommend this place. Luke dealt with our enquiries through to collecting our new car today . Friendly and not pushy at all , answered all our questions. Explained all the gadgets on the car as I was a bit nervous of my first drive in it . Luke even set up my phone and showed me how to use it all through the car .Can highly recommend excellent service.

We bought a Suzuki Jimmy from Ludlow Motors & I can definitely recommend the level of service we received from John Bullock. With his reassuring & professional manner, John made our car purchase a pleasure, nothing was too much trouble & to top it all his coffee tasted good! Even when we thought the deal was done, John never stopped thinking of better finance options for us to buy the car. We have left Ludlow Motors secure in the knowledge that we have the right car & the right deal. This was car buying the way it should be done & I will be straight on the phone to John when we are next in the market for a car.

My wife bought a Suzuki Vitara from Ludlow Motors 3 months ago. Since then it has been back to them 3 times to solve a non-functioning infotainment unit. The first 2 visits they didn’t do what they said they would (ie solve the problem, not a big ask surely for £17k), and on the 3rd visit (last week) they assured us that it was sorted. Yes, you guessed it, it wasn’t!!! So, my wife called them and had the pleasure of speaking to a rather pompous receptionist, Helen. This lady attempted to suggest that my wife was wrong in a rather condescending manner by saying ‘oh you mean the car that we thoroughly checked before giving it back to you?’ Well, Helen, with respect, Ludlow Motors has already proven its lack of credentials in the ‘thoroughly checking’ anything stakes…….3 visits to change a unit should have you hanging your head in shame! Given the total ineptitude shown todate, and the total lack of customer service skills and care, it looks like this is heading for a legal resolution. Don’t touch this company unless you are happy with the lowest levels of after sales attention!!
