Ordered an item which arrived next day with prompt delivery however it was faulty and had to be returned. I was told that a replacement would be put aside and then shipped once the faulty item was received.Had to follow up separately a number of days after confirmation that the item was received on their end for an update only to be told the item is out of stock.Could have a got a refund and purchased a new item elsewhere in half the time.

Bought a Pioneer DDJ-RR this week and mega happy with it. The lady that showed me about it was super super helpful and lovely. Definitely a great little place to have around Bristol. Cheers!

Excellent service from this brilliant outlet. Ordered my in house DJ some new decks waaay back when in July. He has awaited with eager anticipation since cursing our wonderful government and any one else he could blame the back order delays on.Bop have been fantastic with communication throughout, and today he finally received his product.My DJ is happy again and the old decks have been lovingly placed in retirement.
