Popped in for some greenhouse glass.. got it same day... friendly staff and very helpful...

Terrible. Had arranged an 8.15am appointment. So I rushed back from my early exercise class. Nothing. Bloke turns up at 9.10am, no apology, nothing. I said; “I was told 8.15am. He said “It was between 8.15am & 9am, traffic’s bad out there.” (it was 9.10am when he arrived).I said; “Well, I was told 8.15am and he just turned round and walked off.Late, rude & unprofessional. Avoid.

Contacted Lowndes after a recommendation from another well-known window company that does not supply leaded glass for a replacement leaded patio door.Good value, Friendly Professional Service from Owen & Claire. Would highly recommend and have no hesitation in using Lowndes again.

Very professional company and a pleasure to deal with. They could not have been more helpful after my elderley father broke a glass pane after a fall. It wasn't a big job for them but they were fantastic from start to finish. I would recommend them simply for their excellent customer service but their workmanship was excellent too. Thank you.

They seem very professional on the phone - I asked if they replace double glazed panels and the receptionist booked me in for a date in two weeks. They failed to turn up - no phone call, nothing. I phoned to ask why they hadn't turned up and she said he couldn't find us. She re-booked it for yesterday and they failed to turn up again, despite my giving detailed directions and they had my number to call. Their excuse this time was we were not in. Two of us were in all day. The receptionist then said she can't deal with my call and will phone me in 3 weeks as he is on holiday!! I would not recommend this company.

Owen was really prompt, knowledgeable, professional and respectful of his property. Owen left the area clean and tidy, and took all the waste with him.
