Following enquiries into getting a couple of laptops repaired took them in for repair. Having waited 3 weeks for notification of repair cost estimates and / or notification of completion, and despite chasing twice for updates, absolutely no feedback received. In the end revisited premises to find no progress made on any units, so retrieved and will find suitable service provision elsewhere.

Excellent service. I called up and arranged to collect a 10 metre ethernet cable for online gaming. the staff at reception was very helpfull and the cable works a treat.Well recommended!

Great place. Very responsive to messages and calls. Got laptop in last minute on a Friday for pickup on the Monday. Repaired it to a great condition, laptop is faster than ever. Quite affordable compared to other businesses. Will use again in future.

Amazing service , they looked after my specialist pc and whilst it's with them kept me up to date when I called . Had my watercooled system drained , refilled and a good clean . Whenever I had silly questions they answered very well and even helped me carry it to the car 10/10

Was extremely disappointed upon my visit. Had lost data off a memory card and was told they would try to recover said data. Waited almost a week and they could not restore cost £25. However a computer savvy friend took a look for me and within minutes had found and restored my data for free.

Great service today at this place. Don't overcharge what you need doing as long as this company is running Wouldn't take my phone or laptops anywhere else. And very fast had done within hour or so. Took a iPhone for screen repair here few years back aswel both times fantastic staff and service.
