I chose farewell because of the reviews I had read and they certainly lived up to them. From the moment I rang them when I lost my mum I was immediately comforted with the way they dealt with everything. The support I had was second to none throughout the weeks that followed I knew my mum was in safe hands, I didn't worry about phoning with the simple requests Amy and Graham were exceptional from the start I really did feel well looked after. The packages they offer are perfect for any requirements and the costs are very very reasonable, even to arranging to have mum and dad's ashes buried with my late brother they have been so helpful sorting this out for me a task that I would not even know where to start.I can't thank them enough for everything they have done and they come very highly recommended.

Losing a loved one as we all know is a challenging time. One of the most comforting elements for me was found in the service we had from farewell funerals.Once I made the call, and knowing my Dad was being looked after was a relief. graham and his wife treated my army vet dad with total ultimate respect graham even offered to spend time away from his own family on xmas day so we could spent time with dad which we declined they even had the most perfect urn fitting a army vet helped and talked me through writing dads service i would easily recommend graham and team at farewell funerals in clay cross plus they are easily the cheapest funeral directors in area with a top notch 5star service these are my words written on behalf my mum julie watts

helped write my will for a fraction of the price solicitors wanted and gave me some great advice on drafting funeral planning wishes to accompany the will too. Funeral and creamtion prices looked very keen too
