Had a good experience! Everyone was really nice and friendly.Made me feel welcomed and well looked after!

All good and quickly accommodated. Unfortunately I left an item at the test centre and it seems there is no phone number or email to get in touch with them? I even phoned the national Life in the UK phone line and they said they do not have contact details of the test centre. How is this possible?If you provide a phone number I will swiftly change my review to 5 stars because everything else was fine. But the lack of contact details is really unbearable in 2022.

There's nothing wrong at MTS. Staff talks straight and polite in professional manner. Everything was organised perfectly! Walked away after 8 minutes with PASS :)

Quick, straight forward process; just a pity that I had to driver 2hrs each way to do a 5mins test but that is of course not MTS fault

Normal empathetic person be like: I’m really sorry to hear that your invisible disability caused you to make a mistake on your application which is the reason why I wouldn’t be able to let you do the test today, here is the number you could call to see if there is anything can be done for you.The lady doing my screening: it’s your fault I won’t let you do the test today, you made mistakePlease educate your staff members, we didn’t choose our disabilities, we have not control over it, it’s not our fault it’s a legit reason for the mistakes.For those who have found the stuff members in this place ridiculously rude, I would advise you to try booking your test in Glasgow. The difference is massive, starting from the receptionist.

Have been here three times for IELTS. I like how professional the staff are and how condusive the environment is. Listening test is with a headphone weither its on paper or computer. They also provide stationeries. Will definitely recommend MTS Edinburgh.

Arrived today at 8:30am for my sons test at 9am unfortunately not opened!! No one to ask no number to call?? Having to travel for this test I am not impressed at all... please can someone contact me.... and tell me what will happen now.. as I will not be repaying .....

Hi, I have my test booked at Your test center in Edinbrugh. Though I was allowed to book test(Life in the UK) on Saturday, 06/01/2024.Wanted to confirm, your center is open on saturdays? (becuase i read one of comments saying they were waiting on Saturday to appear for their test.)Please confirm. ThanksThanks for your promt reply.

Booked in for the first test of the day (highly recommend booking an early test). Staff were absolutely fantastic, they were very professional and friendly which helped a lot as we were all nervous. Being friendly goes a long way in such a nerve-wracking situation.
