The last thing you need just before Christmas is the cooker oven failing. But that’s just what happened to us this year. We called Charlie, not really expecting him to come out on Christmas Eve, but he did, and was able to provid us with a quick fix for Christmas.But what we liked most was the service, he only charge an extra £7 for coming out on Christmas Eve (which we thought was reasonable), he rang before he came and told us what time he would arrive....... and did ! He explained what he was doing and the problems we might encounter if we replaced parts in the future (given the age of the cooker and lack of ease in any subsequent fix ). We found him to be an honest and efficient trader and will have no problem recommending him to friends and neighbours.

Used Charlie before and he is always very professional and transparent with the cost of the repairs. Comes when he says he will and gets the job done. Definitely recommend.

So glad to have found Charlie, He has fixed our Falcon range today after we had hopelessly tried to fix it ourselves. He was friendly and professional and has done a great job. Will not hesitate to call him again if we need too.

have a panasonic microwave tried other repairers they said it was a write off charlie came round found small defect fixed in 10min very reasonable price.he will definitely be my first port of call in the future .

Charlie fitted our electric oven/hob and did a great job, trading it thoroughly. He even set the clock to the correct time, what a professional!

After six weeks without fridge freezer, and several engineers who were incompetent, I contacted Charlie Morgan of ServiceCare Domestic Repairs. He called immediately, ascertained the fault and returned the next day to fit an element taken from the whole evaporator assembly unit (only the element was required so dumped the carcass). He actually charged less than the first engineer 6 weeks previously who wanted £89 for the call out and diagnosis! I will certainly recommend him to all my friends and family.
