Excellent5 stars don’t do justice for the service you get i wish I could give 7 or 10 stars I been using her services from over 9 years but recently started using her for facial I had a surgery last year after which I was quite uncomfortable but the facial plus massage she gives is sooooo good it’s relieving my surgery stress too plus the facial leaves my skin clean and glowing I been using quite a few expensive spas in the past for my facial but the experience I had at wax world by Veena was truly “Amazing “ plus what she charges for the services are so little compared to what you get go bless her

My mother came in for an eyebrow microblading treatment and Veena did a fantastic job, made her feel very comfortable. Veena created a new eyebrow shape and it was a natural look. I would highly recommend Veena, she did a brilliant job! Mum is very happy.

I have been coming to Waxworks for 5 years, Veena always gives me my appointments ok time and her price is very good, she is a lovely lady, I recommend to everyone to visit her shop.

It’s a shame I have to write a bad review.Today I walked in & she was body shaming a lady who got waxed before me saying she was big and fat & that it was a lot of work for one person, she continued to speak negatively about this woman in front of two other people myself & the woman. When it was my turn she asked loudly in front of people have you showered before you come ( of course I did ) on waxing she was extremely ruff, dragging the wax off, I said you’re hurting me, she said it was my fault for not coming after six weeks. I have left with hair style there, feeling rushed and embarrassed. I have been before and she was so gentle and made me feel comfortable which is why I went back after today I won’t return which is a shame.In response to the rude & unprofessional reply I called and said can I have an appointment today or tomorrow YOU said come now that’s point one, point two I said I would pay for the leg and tummy area which you didn’t even do no big deal I can do at home. Point three the lady wasn’t okay with you embarrassing her we spoke when you was round the back, body shaming isn’t okay friend or not. Last point I PAID what YOU told me to pay. My review was based on how you treated me today which I added my last experience also. May God bless you.

Had my first full body wax today. Service was 10/10 very friendly, felt very comfortable and done an amazing job! Very happy with the outcome will definitely be coming back. Thank you very much :)
