On short notice he attended a viewing with my partner and I for a house we were interested in to assess the structural integrity and the possibility of adding an extension. Engaged Pineapple Structures to survey a poorly-supported chimney breast and Roger did not disappoint. Communication was prompt and clear, he attended at short notice for a site survey and had drawn up and issued the plans for a new RSJ within a week. Our builder had no problems working with the plans and they were sufficient for building control approval without need for further additions. Cost was reasonable and at market prices for Northeast London. I was very impressed with his professional approach and his thorough responses to my laundry-list of questions. Would employ Roger's services again.
