We serve the area around Brooke, including Poringland and Stoke Holy Cross. We are all inclusive, all ages and all standards welcome. We have floodlights to ensure that tennis can be played all year round. Cost effective membership.

Brooke is a great club ! it is very inclusive and you will always be made to feel welcome. Martin's coaching sessions are informative, varied and fun. He is a very knowledgable coach who gives expert advice whether during an individual or group lesson.If you're new to the area or to tennis, you will quickly be introduced to fellow members and included in club activities.

Martin has been teaching my (9 yr old) son tennis since 2022. He is the most patient and positive teacher, who inspires a love of the game in everyone he interacts with, both pupils and parents. Great facilities and top quality teaching, thank you Martin!

Brooke is a friendly tennis club. Martin is an excellent coach. The membership fees are very reasonable. We are very lucky to have it on our doorstep.

A great local tennis club with 2 very good quality hard courts. Friendly welcoming members with plenty of opportunity for joining in for all ages and standards. First class coaching available from the club coach Martin Coates. Highly recommended!

Brooke Tennis Club provides an excellent combination of two very good tennis courts, and an outstanding coach in Martin , who teaches all ages in a thoroughly encouraging, engaging and professional way. Highly recommend this club!

Lovely club. Was a member as a child and now my two boys go to (reasonably priced) weekly sessions here with the coach Martin who is so good with the children (and extremely patient with my slightly exuberant youngest). Highly recommend.

A lovely club with 2 hard courts and a clubhouse. My 15 year old daughter has recently taken lessons with Martin, the club coach. He is an excellent coach, very patient and encouraging. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant club. My son has been part of the club for a few years now and really enjoys his time there. Martin is a calm and knowledgeable coach who gives the children lots of encouragement. Nice clean and well looked after courts too.

Two court club with clubhouse. Very friendly and easy to book courts.My 12 year old son is the tennis player and we have tried other clubs who only seem to cater for the adults but Brooke caters for juniors too with a weekly social night.Head coach Martin is an excellent coach and will certainly be a good choice if you want to learn how to play or improve whether you are a child or adult.

My son has received lessons from Brooke tennis club for six years now and we feel really lucky to have such a great club in the next village. Martin is a wonderful coach who encourages and improves players of all ages, especially much younger children starting their tennis journey. Such great facilities and a very welcoming club.
