Fitted new front door in 2021, needed an adjustment which they came out to do. However door and lock is still very stiff, have rang a number of times, been told would have a call back but nothing. No complaint about the appearance of door and workmanship on the day, but customer service needs some work.

New composite front door installed. Approx 6 weeks from initial sales visit to the door being installed.Me and my wife are over the moon with the new door.The fitters did a tidy job and cleaned up after themselves.The door required a small adjustment but 1 call to the office a few days post-install and arrangements were made for the fitters to attend, which they did in a timely manner.

SO RARE to FindI rarely if ever find need to write a review. My own mantra being if you've got nothing good to say - say nothing. For Green Day & in particular the guys who came out from Green Day to do my whole house & garage installation I need to say a LOT!From beginning to the very last day everybody was EXCEPTIONAL. Professional as I remember trades being professional. Courteous, honest, clean work area, always on time, consultative when something needed my input as client. For all the right reasons words fail me. I do not have enough good things to say. I recommend without hesitation and wish other trades would operate as these guys (girls' as well I am sure) do.

Awful aftercare. Go somewhere else.Didn't fully seal exterior of windows and didn't provide any FENSA or building regs paperwork. Tried to get in touch but after weeks of ringing and multiple emails I never got a response. Now coming to sell the property I have to pay an indemnity charge for absence of required paperwork.

Whilst the initial fit (and workmen) were fine the after care is diabolical, I would give 0 stars if possible!Work was completed less than 12 months ago so it is well within the guarantee, I have been ringing (straight to answer phone)and emailing for weeks and no one has contacted me back. At a loss as to what to do next other than calling a different company out to remedy the problem.

We couldn’t recommend this company enough. We had a lovely composite front door fitted in 2020 with no issues whatsoever since and new windows and back door recently installed. The work was to an amazing standard, timely from ordering to having it fitted & everything was installed within a day with them even cleaning up after themselves and leaving everything spotless. The windows & door are fantastic and have really transformed the look of the house & are keeping us warmer in winter. Thanks again!!

Absolutely dreadful after-care. I had to badger them for weeks to get them to finish the job they'd left when installing and to fix a fault with a window.Today I called to report that my back door was now failing to close properly, leaving my property insecure. The person answering the phone was rude, disinterested, and unable to give me even a timescale for an engineer to visit.He claims he is the only person working in the company, with any other staff all on holiday.It's almost comical.Update 06/10/22:I've only just spotted their response last time. That great service" took days of constant pressure to achieve. The "catching" meant the door could not be closed

Greenday recently fitted 5 windows at the rear of our property and a new flat roof, windows and door on a 7 x 7 porch. We are over the moon with the way it has transformed our property.From start to finish we were very impressed with the customer care and workmanship. The fitters were very professional, friendly and polite. They did a brilliant job both inside and out and left the property clean and tidy after the work was complete.We would highly recommend Greenday UPVC Ltd and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have tried to contact several times for certification of our windows installation. The work was done well but I need the certificate please. Will amend if you get back in touch. I have tried for 2 weeks via phone, email, and website. Aftersales could be better.
