Jo made me feel very seen and understood in the work we did together. She created a comfortable and non-judgmental space in which I felt able to speak freely about the career obstacles I’ve been facing. She gave me some really helpful strategies for tackling unhelpful thought patterns and designed a bespoke, focused plan of action. Sadly we were unable to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances, but I would highly recommend Jo and the service she offers. Thanks for all your help and encouragement Jo!
