Euphoria Autos limited I have to say have been absolutely brilliant with my customer service experience. Patrick is honest with excellent communication from start to finish after id initially got in touch with him after spoting a car on Autotrader. The Nissan Micra Acenta had a few issues with the car during my test drive. This was discussed with Patrick and he was brilliant as these were agreed to be sorted out and I was then happy to purchase and drive away the lovely Nissan Micra Acenta that day.. I'd highly recommend this garage as Patrick is honest and reliable and a man of his word.Thank you so much Patrick as I'm one very happy camper.

Patrick really helped me out came all the way from Birmingham and he sorted me out a nice price with a nice car also gave me a little bonus with the car, very down to earth all around nice guy, love to him for getting me my first car and on the roads, shouts out to Patrick. I’ll take this back Patrick sold me a car that had missing fuses in the fuse board which ment certain company’s of the car wasn’t working a major part was the fan that cools down engine n stops from overheating I have the car for less that 48 hrs n it blew up from overheating and Patrick wanted me to drive it back to Luton to fix the problem with warranty and how am I ment to do this with no fan and exploding coolant honestly lucky the car never blew up on my way home in the end the car was in a accident and was written on but good riddance that car was a big headache I have got so much pictures and footage I could post with it also the clutch and bearings had to be change on car prior aswell costing 400 pounds lol this was my first car and was told it would last over 2 years and it didn’t even last 5 months lmao

Patrick is without a doubt one of the best car salesman I’ve bought from. His service was efficient, he was knowledgeable and, above all, he seems to want to go beyond the call of duty. The ball was never dropped, even when it came to aftercare.

Unfortunately not very good, we travel there for 1hour to look for the car we were interested. They knew we are coming, the car battery was dead so they need to charge and car gear box was broken it was realy challenging driving test. They told us it will be fixed, but us getting there on that day it was waist of time.

STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! Gave 1 star rating as giving 0 is not an option. Bought a car from this awful place about 6 months ago. Firstly the young lad said he would register my car with the DVLA… only to find out 5 MONTHS later he had not done it!! I only found this out as my partner raised it with me saying I should have the paper work through by now, I could have been fined or worse. Secondly they sold me a car with a warning light on the dashboard and assured me this is just a technical issue and the car is fine, I’m not a mechanic or car professional so I trusted the young lad as he seemed to know what he was talking about, I just had an MOT and it failed because of this. I called to enquire just to make them aware, and the young lad who sold me the car was unbelievably unprofessional, rude and aggressive raising his voice at me saying ‘well what do you want me to do about it, we know our rights take it up legally’ I was so shocked and taken back I had to hang the phone up, I’ve NEVER in my life received such poor customer service. This is a sly con of a business if you have any sense you will not buy here.Reply to below: Further on from this, you contacted me and said you would pay for the repair if I delete this review, I said I would invoice the bits from the garage once the work has been done I got no response, to then get a reply once I sent the invoice saying no money will be sent to me to help the repairs. This is honestly the worst most unprofessional place I’ve ever encountered.. and quite frankly your response to this below just highlights that. SCAMMERS!

Excellent service from Patrick, from the first phone call for a viewing to the delivery of the car. He had a lot of time for us and nothing was too much trouble. When a small fault came up on the car after the sale he offered help straight away. Excellent dealership.
