Elland Dental Practice

So pleased to report on my excellent experience at this dentists yesterday. As a nervous patient I was feeling very anxious about attending for an extraction to remove a tooth which had previously broken. Dr Ahmed is very patient and reassuring; he doesn't rush and is always happy to answer questions and explain procedures. He allowed plenty of time for the area around the tooth to become numb and amazingly I didn't feel a thing when the tooth was pulled out!! In fact I didn't realise he had done so. He then allowed plenty time for follow up check and gave me advice on aftercare at home. I highly recommend this dentist and the staff at the clinic are friendly, helpful and polite.

Had to go in for 2 fillings today and was so nervous! However, Dr Asam was so lovely and really put my mind at ease - I didn't even feel the needles go in! Super professional and way less stressful than I expected it to be. The receptionist was also lovely :)

Brilliant dentist and staff! Dr Ahmed is exceptionally professional and passionate about patient care from my experience. I have suffered from a number of oral issues in the past and never been happy with the care I received but I am at ease after joining this practice a few months ago. Can not recommend enough!

The receptionist is exceptional, radiates joy and makes everyone feel at ease before seeing the dentist. Very professional but personable!Dentist was fantastic, giving the best oral care.

The practice provided an excellent service from start to finish. Easy to book with a text mssage reminder provided nearer the date of the appointment. I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile by the receptionist which is very much appreciated, I instatly felt calmer as I generally dislike visiting the dentist. Dr Ahmed explained clearly and precisely the teartment I required and advised of a plan going forward. He was great at answering questions and was attentive in listening to the discomfort I had with my teeth, I didnt feel rushed and didnt feel like a number. The practice was clean, tidy and seemed to function well with Covid restrictions. The staff and general public walking through the door seemed to be adhearing to Goverment advice of wearing masks etc. Overall, extremely happy with the service provided and will continue my plan and vists with Dr Ahmed in future.

Great Dentist practice. Receptionist is always very organised, polite and cheerful. Dr Ahmed is always professional and chatty to put you at ease. Treatment is always good and I never feel pressured to have a treatment, sometimes good advice is offered instead. The Dental nurses are also cheerful and supportive.Just a positive experience.

Went to this practice, what a joke. Rude staff and dentist, said I hadn't been for a while and when I said it was because the practice kept cancelling became rude and insulting, dentist saying if you cleaned your teeth occasionally you wouldn't need to come.Disgraceful behaviour for a so called professional!!!

I’m sorry but the negative reviews on here are false, I have to say from the moment you walk in you are welcomed by the staff. Dr Ahmed is fantastic he makes me feel at ease as I’m a nervous wreck on my appointments. He’ll explain everything in great detail nothing is too much trouble.I had my wisdom teeth removed he did a great job no issues afterwards, he explained the after care process in detail nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.

I am not a patient at this surgery but after suffering for weeks I rang and they fit me in the same day. Being a very person with dentists I couldn't have asked for more. He was patient and made me feel happy being there. Top marks

what a lovely man Dr Ahmed was he explained everything thoroughly to me as he gave me 3 choices on having a chipped tooth repaired. The tooth was repaired quickly with lots of care given throughout. Would definitely recommend very knowledgeable. The receptionist was very helpful and had a very professional and efficient manner about her.
