These guys worked tirelessly to get planning permission on my field, even though it was complicated by COVID restrictions and other issues. They were great at calling and emailing to keep me updated and explaining all the ins and outs, and they have been really flexible in working around court dates and the like. I'd really recommend this company who have a friendly, personal approach and who managed to make the whole thing a lot easier and less stressful than it would have been without them.

We were recently granted permitted permission for a Class Q barn conversion. Matt Taylor project managed the application and did a fantastic job advising us what needed to be in place and what decisions we need to make before the application was submitted. This was a particularly tricky application as our borough council have rarely given approval for any class Q projects. The design of the conversion was managed by Colleen Laurent who did a great job creating the best use of space from the small footprint. The Class Q team did a brilliant job and our dream house project is officially underway. Thank you team!

I needed some expert advice on Class Q planning rules. I had spoken to several other consultants but was not convinced about their knowledge. It took just a couple of minutes to become confident that Iain Downer was an expert in his field. His clear understanding of the rules and his analytical interpretation was obvious. He then followed this up with a detailed written explanation. It was so reassuring to finally be in the hands of a genuine expert.
