Parked at Miterdale forest car park park Great walk taking the path to Burnmoor Tarn, then a steep walk up the Illgill Head, then along the grassy top to Whin Rigg, before descending through Miterdale forestDone during a claggy day, so not great views but still an exhilarating walk
