Placed an order and 1 week later having taken the money no product arrived. Called and spoke to a guy in customer service who said he would call back but didn't bother. Called next day spoke to a polite girl who basically appeared to be the only employee in the factory as everyone was away or not in that day ! Shambles, wont be ordering from them again

Products are good quality and available in loads of shops. If you buy direct you pay more, deal with a very dated website (cant view order, amend order, read product reviews view alternate pictures etc.) and get poor customer service - such as an order being shipped in different groups days apart with no explanation. Also postage is very high compared to other retailers.

Security doesn't know the law and barks orders at members of the public. A company that believes they own the airspace above them. Get your act together.

I worked in the office for 9 months and i wish i have nevered joined. It was a wrong choice for my career. There is a zero efford from the company side to use employee´s skills and experience, not to mention to develope them. They always talk about recycling but they dont care abour the environment at all, not evwn consider anything eco. It gives me shivers when i pass by the place and all these memories come back to me.

If you are looking for a career here, you won’t get one. I started at their Normanton factory 4 days ago. I have already been let go. I received absolutely zero training, been supplied with nothing but a pair of gloves and I have received no feedback what so ever about my performance. After 4 days I have been let go for “not being quick enough.” This is a shambles of a company. Do not bother
