Absolutely brilliant service. Can not fault Mike and his team. Mike was extremely hospitable and accommodating and managed to fit me despite being very busy. Super friendly, and even allowed me to work from his store while he looked at my car. If you are looking for professional advice and service, I would strongly recommend Paddock Performance. They will be my go to mechanic now for services and repairs for my BMW X3. Thanks for the lovely coffee also and good luck with the race!

Mike has been our mechanic for a good number of years now, and we honestly would not take our vehicles to anybody else. He is extremely talented in his field and will go above and beyond to diagnose and repair our cars. We recently were heading on holiday and my van needed alot of work with very short notice. Mike and his team delivered an outstanding service and sacrificed there personal time working long hours to ensure we were safe go away. I do not know of any other garage that cares so much for its customers. Its for this and many other reasons that I wholeheartedly recommened Paddock Performance to my friends and family. A+ service every time.

After several years of ownership my M3 developed a major but intermittent fault that, more than a year, several thousand pounds and multiple BMW dealers and highly-rated specialists later, still wasn't fixed and had me seriously preparing to have to sell an otherwise superb car as spares or repairs for a fraction of its normal value, which was a pretty sickening prospect.On hearing of my plight via another M3 owner, Michael actually reached out to me to offer his services. At first I was skeptical simply because of how much time and money had already gone into just trying to find the cause of the fault, but after speaking to Michael on the phone it quickly became clear that working on high value, complex and often very rare cars was not just his forte, but also a true passion, and I decided to give it one last roll of the dice.He went above and beyond usual expectations right from the start, taking time out of his packed schedule to make a preliminary assessment of the issue before I committed to going ahead with any more work.Having then conceded that it was going to be difficult to diagnose and fix, he was still completely confident that he would indeed be able to get to the bottom of it and it was even more reassuring that he knows and regularly works with other even more niche (e.g. electronics, mapping, coding etc) BMW specialists who are widely renowned to be the best in their respective fields.What followed over the next several weeks was a veritable masterclass in methodical, determined diagnostics of various mechanical, electrical and electronic systems on the car, culminating in the discovery and resolution of what- unsurprisingly- turned out to be a very obscure fault that had previously eluded probably a combined 80+ years' of specialist BMW mechanics' experience.He kept me fully informed of what was happening, costs etc every step of the way. He was also honest to a fault, having had the opportunity to charge me much more for the final bill, so I was actually pleasantly surprised by the total cost in the end.I've owned a lot of cars over the years and have therefore dealt with a lot of mechanics. It's extremely rare to find one with Michael's knowledge and abilities, and in fact the term mechanic doesn't do him justice (when I saw Paddock Performance I joked that it's more like an operating theatre for cars).On top of that, it's rarer still to find a mechanic who's also so honest. He's a genuinely sound bloke who eats, sleeps and breathes cars and it's this which has prompted me to write such a long and detailed review, because I know from years of experience how difficult it is to find guys like this who you can trust with your car 100% and who won't give up until they've found and fixed even the most difficult of issues.

Mike and the team were brilliant. Quickly identified my issue and got to work right away. Everything was communicated well from explaining the issue to explaining what is needed for the fix. 10/10 service! My go to for anything BMW related!

It’s a shame I can only leave 5 stars! The level of service and professionalism is outstanding. Had work carried out by paddock performance a couple of times. The guys go over and above. The facility is clean and welcoming. The level of knowledge is absolutely huge. Booked my car in for minor work and a service. The work was completed ahead of time including a wash and fluid top up. The cost of the completed work was extremely competitive. The interior smelt great too. I highly recommend Paddock Performance.Thank you, I won’t be taking my car anywhere else.

Paddock just completed some service work on my VW Amarok V6 - it had multiple issues which were all diagnosed and fixed. Great service and communication from Mike throughout, cheers!

Drove 200 miles to use Paddock for my M5 rod bearings work, and it was absolutely worth the effort. Absolutely brilliant service! As we are not local Mike was recommended to us and with very short notice helped our son Matt with his BMW 2 series. It was a particularly difficult issue to resolve, but he did it! We cannot recommend Mike and his team enough. Excellent service.

Mike and the lads at Paddock managed to Squeeze me in on short notice to fit my exhaust and I was more than happy with the results and work carried out.Mike and myself also spoke about plans for the further list of upgrades and turning work I require to be carried out.
