An absolutely fabulous group of people. Starting as soon as you walk into reception, both you and your pet are made to feel welcome. Our pup was extremely nervous on her first visit and now, is pulling on the lead to go inside and meet everyone. So far, we've been able to get appointments easily when needed. Some have been with different people, but all have been extremely caring, knowledgeable and use very similar approaches to helping your pet feel comfortable! No question is perceived as silly" and the team are happy to answer them all. Overall would recommend them to all!"

So pleased with the caring service. We’re down here on holiday and our dog Jellybean was ill. The vet saw us soon after phoning and checked her over. She had an injection and is already a bit more perky. If I lived in the area I would not hesitate to register with Ferndown Family Vets. It’s a lovely vet service and everyone so pleasant and helpful.

My elderly relatives cat has been limping badly since Saturday evening, so we managed to get an appointment this afternoon, our second visit with Sooty Henderson.Honestly, first class treatment on arrival with Kelly, sat and waited for Kate the Vet, and she was amazing. Our labradoodle, Banjo, suffered from severe anxiety making any form of treatment a challenge. Ferndown Family Vets went above and beyond for him and were very accommodating to his needs. We cannot express how grateful we are to all the staff for their patience, understanding and friendliness. We highly recommend them.

Aidan has treated several of my pets over the years, always with genuine care and compassion. His knowledge and expertise is outstanding, he is friendly and kind, yet professional. Aidan treated my 48kg Hovawart dog for T-Cell Lymphoma and we saw him weekly for chemotherapy. My dog was always pleased to see him, despite the needles and drugs, and greeted Aidan with wet kisses at every opportunity. My dog was a great judge of character, so that has to be the sign of a good vet! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ferndown Family Vets. The furry members of your family will be in the safest of hands, that's for sure.

Always super helpful and polite on the phone. We have acquired another dog now and they have helped us sort out everything we have needed. Nala is a nervous wreck about visiting vets but you help put her at ease.... Dobby will have her first visit soon too.

Kate is the most kind and caring Vet we have met. She takes such good care of our rabbits Rufus and Wilbur. Kate goes above and beyond when it comes to communication and follow-up. Our rabbits always behave when they see her. We trust Kate totally and highly recommend this practice to family and friends.

My 13 year old Labradoodle has just had dental appointment including 5 teeth removed , abscesses, tartar removed . All staff receptionists ,nurses and vets are very friendly and very professional, always make my dog relaxed. Would recommend this practice thankyou .
