Bill and Sons have done an absolutely top rate and flawless job in restoring the dial of my Omega 30T2 SC chronometer. The result is superb and better than expected. The dial is like new and crisp. The team even went the extra mile in sending me my watch on a non-work day so that I can get my watch before I leave the UK. Thank you for the excellent job and excellent service.

I was recommended Bill & Sons for dial restoration initially though actually asked them to do fix one of my watches which had a problem with its mechanism and hands. I did this with another watch as well. The results were beyond my expectations. They took the time to get back to me on every queries I had and were also kind enough to polish one of them, which wasn't part o the initial plan. A truly wonderful job. The watch which I inherited from my late father has been in a drawer unused for many years, and it looked every bit of it''s 75 years of age. The face was very yellowed and the date numbers around the edge had virtually faded away (they are actually more visible in the photo than they were in reality). After the restoration it looks like a brand new watch, the face and the numbers beautifully restored. The customer service was wonderful and I had a number of e-mail discussion on various options to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted. I could not be more pleased with the result and the service, and would recommend Bill & Sons every time.
