As a director of an architectural practice and a conservation accredited professional, when it came to making a groundbreaking and challenging Planning and Listed Building Consent application for my own house I turned to John Russell of Interurban for specialist planning consultancy advice. I am so glad I did. His help in knocking my submission into shape was, I believe, crucial in getting an entirely successful outcome.

We had the pleasure of working with Interurban Developments Ltd recently and we cannot thank John enough for all his help, advice and expertise from beginning to end.Having no previous experience whatsoever with the Planning process, we made the decision early on, that rather than muddle through ourselves, we would much prefer to engage with a Consultant and give our project the very best chance it had. Boy, are we glad we made the decision!We live in a conservation area so there were lots of hurdles and issues as we went along which resulted in us reaching a Committee stage. Delighted with Johns work! I had one planning application refused and the planners were recommending the second application to be refused. The refusals were with a different Planning Consultant.
