Love this place so much, instructors are some of the nicest people so helpful and lovely, the pole classes are a great workout but that fun you dont even notice, hoop classes are amazing too a chance to live my circus dreams lol and cant beat their workshops :) couldn't reccomend this place enough :) x

Booked a grease hen dance for a few hens, we weren't sure what to do a'd thought it would be something that would suit everyone for abit of fun to start of the day, which it did do that we had a great instructor who taught us a dance routine to abit of grease music and had a laugh along the way. We are goinh to try and recreate the dance o' the wedding which will be great fun. X

We came here for a hen party and had the best experience! El was great and had organised some games and Prosecco to get us warmed up before we started learning some moves on the poles. I would definitely recommend coming here especially for a party activity!

Booked El for a hen party activity. El met us at the hotel and provided party games, snacks and bubbles to get us all relaxed. We chose The Chair as our dance and was fantastic. Great fun, stepped us through the dance, El was very professional and brilliant team building. Loved it.

No matter how bad a day you've had or how tired you are, Polercise always picks you up. The instructors, owner and students are always there to support you and have a laugh when you need it. The exercise is fantastic and I always leave feeling stronger, happier and more confident in myself. Couldn't go without it!

Great pole studio, close to city centre. Instructors are friendly. I've been doing pole there for four years and love it! Have also been able to make good friends there and the environment is very supportive!

Excellent studio whether you’ve never stepped near a pole or are at advanced level. El and Jayne are fantastic and very knowledgeable, helping students learn routines, how to link moves, as well as individual tricks and spins. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, would highly recommend.
