I had a missed call yesterday. Can't imagine what they wanted with a 70 year old boomer who hates dressing up and shops at TU. My money is spent on cars and holidays Gonna give them a 5 for enthusiasm.

Beautiful shop. The staff are so lovely and become like an extra friend helping find you the perfect dress. I was looking for an evening dress for my wedding and found the perfect one, it needed abit of alteration but they could do that no problem for me and it was very reasonably priced! Myself, my Mum and my gran all enjoyed the experience. Would recommend to anyone ❤

Great shop, lovely staff, excellent customer service!I didn't buy my wedding dress here however had numerous alterations (by personal choice) to my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. All of which were done to a high standard and in an impressive time!Highly recommend :)

This is by far the best wedding,prom evening dress shop,was amazing from start to finish,they adapted to everything we asked for, fantastic customer service they went above and beyond five star all the way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Brilliant service! I wasn't able to shop for my wedding dress during normal shop opening hours because of work commitments but Margaret arranged to keep the shop open for me one weekday night (a service which other shops charge for). She helped pick out my dress and did several alterations including adding buttons down the back and adding straps. I couldn't recommend this shop enough.

I would highly recommend Something Special. The first time I contacted them I explained the style of dress I was looking for and within half an hour I had a great choice of dresses to try on. On subsequent visits there were also more styles to chose from. Margaret and Paula are extremely professional welcoming, friendly and approachable. They listened to what I wanted and, offered advice and support throughout. It was a wonderful experience and, I ended up with the perfect dress which received many compliments. Thank you to both of you
