Prior to our sessions I was fearful and stuck, unable to tune into my intuition. I have since released so many emotions I have been carrying around for years that I had buried. After working with Sam I feel lighter, more relaxed. I believe in myself and my goals and am excited about the future. I told Sam things I have never told anyone else which really needed to happen in order to heal, but I felt so comfortable to do so. She helped me go deep. If you have even the smallest part of you that is interested in EFT & healing, do it. The results will be better than you can imagine and it will provide such a better understanding on what makes you the person you are today and how to become the person you really want to be. Couldn't recommend Sam enough.

I started working with Samantha as I embarked on some inner healing and self-development work. She has helped me to uncover negative self-beliefs around the theme of perfectionism, that had been holding me back since childhood. Samantha has guided me to reframe my thought patterns which has enabled me to move forward with less fear of judgement, so I no longer keep myself stuck from moving forward. I am able to recognise when self-limiting thoughts arise and know they are just that – thoughts, not facts! I’m grateful for Samantha’s ongoing support, positive encouragement and coaching over the past 5 months – it’s been a transformative time.

I met Sam 1 year ago and in that year the difference I see in myself amd my life thanks to Sam helping me release not just things I knew were issues but things we have found along the way. Sam is so personable, kind, friendly and openly welcoming. She's a real support along the whole journey.I needed Sam one Friday after a car accident and she was there straight away to help release the trauma of the car incident. And I can't thank her enough for that and all the work we have done together.Since doing the work with Sam I have now also become an eft/matrix coach. I realised while working with Sam I wanted to help others the way Sam helped me.I cannot recommend this woman enough I really can't.Thankyou again Sam for setting me emotionally free.

I had six sessions with Sam which I feel was needed to get some real deep healing work achieved. I felt heard and listened to by Sam and I also felt very safe to share some real difficulties and struggles that I had been holding onto which was having an effect on my everyday life and wellbeing. After the sessions I felt a lot lighter and at peace and free. I have let so much go. I can highly recommend Sam and I will definitely be returning in the future if I need to any further work. Working with Samantha was so rewarding and powerful. The first time I spoke to here I knew immediately that I wanted to work with her. She has strong intuition which she uses wisely and without judgement, making me feel safe and excited about my growth ahead.I worked with Samantha over a course of four months with a focus on my coaching business. She held space for me and helped me address different limiting beliefs and blocks that were holding me back.Our last session was the most powerful.
