Great personal service. Fast work on a custom PC for me, been using this company for a few years now. Always pleased with the result.

I took my very slow running 27inch iMac which I've had for over 10 years into these guys at the back end of 2022, so this review has come a little late, but I always felt compelled to get round to writing it anyway because they done a phenomenal job of making it run much faster and i wanted to pay the favour back with a glowing review. They were fast, efficient and honest about the labour and costs involved.Although the quote for repair was a more than what I was expecting to pay, they were very transparent about why they had to charge more for my specific spec. They even recorded those comments in great detail of what our conversation and the exact labour and parts they carried out on the invoice in lots of detail, which i just love, seeing that sense of clarity and transparency of what they did on paper.Although I was reluctant to shell out for the repair costs I was quoted, i am so glad i did because what i got back runs light lighting!!!! Literally feels like a brand new computer. it's super fast and now i get all my tasks done in half the time it took me before.If your looking for computer repairs, take it to these guys to get the job done, they are the PROS and the stream of 5 star experiences don't lie!Thanks Power Computing!!!

1st of all, its so good to see a company provide such good customer service. I had an issue with my pc and they fixed it for me in a day and cleaned it all up which I wasn't expecting. On the back of that I asked for a quote for a new gaming pc with the specs I was after and gave me a very good quote which I agreed to. The build quality is fantastic and I got the impression they enjoyed building it as I used the new Be Quiet Shadow Base 800 DX case. Also a big plus for me is they reloaded my security software, and all my favourites and a new office programme as part of the deal. I am playing fallout 4 at the moment and heavily modded it and it is not even breaking into a sweat. Photos just don't do it justice but the looks I got from other customers while they showed it to me said it all. Once again many thanks

If you're not particularly 'hardware IT' minded (like me), the team are really good at recommending products/upgrades to suit your computers use.My PC now operates at an incredible speed and easily powers the programmes that I run on the computer, including high performance simulations such as Xplane & MS FSX. I've added the Samsung Ultra Wide 42 monitor screen for an immersive experience. I'm able to run the simulators on the highest graphics settings and the PowerC PC works beautifully. Power computing were absolutely brilliant when my gaming PC stopped booting. Incredibly polite and knowledgeable, they were able to suggest a fix quickly and kept me in the loop throughout the entire repair and upgrade process. The repair was completed extremely quickly and the computer has been running like a dream since! The staff are all absolutely brilliant too, incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing customer experience.I would genuinely give them 10/5 if google would let me. I'll definitely be going back for any future PC upgrades.

Exceptional. I ordered a PC which I modified after discussions with Antonio. He gave me impartial feedback on my set up. I ordered on the Tuesday evening and by Friday lunchtime it was with me after being thoroughly tested by powerc. Antonio also followed up e-mails and correspondence promptly, and I know if there are any problems within the warranty period, powerc will respond. The price was also super competitive. I've no doubt that I will be shopping here in future. Great service and price.

Fantastic to deal with - designing your own PC on their configurator is great fun and you get exactly the system you want. My new PC was built, tested and delivered in just a couple of days. I did have an issue with Windows activation, I emailed them and it was all sorted out in under half an hour - if it was one of those big-brand companies it would have taken hours or even days. Really helpful and knowledgable people, very highly recommended.
