At short notice, Pal came out to check over our charity ambulance following an electrical fault. A really nice guy who made time in his busy schedule to help a local charity. Very much appreciated, with thanks from all at Telford First Responders.

Pal is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. My car’s fairly rare amplifier failed (Harman Kardon Logic 7 surround system) but with Pal’s help and guidance we managed to source a used replacement. He installed and tested it and I now have my brilliant sounds back - thanks Pal. I have no hesitation in recommending him – sensible rates too!

I googled diagnostic companies near me and read their reviews. OBD Pal had good customer feedback so arranged for Pal to travel to our motorhome (in storage) and wouldn’t start.Pal did a thorough diagnostic of the vehicle and after working through potential faults located a bunch of wires leading to the ECU tucked right up under the dash that were chewed through by mice. Once found and rectified it cleared the faults on the vehicle. While there Pal also cleaned the earth straps and tidied the wiring around the engine bay resulting in a very good job and great customer service.I would highly recommend OBD Pal to others and if I am unfortunate to have any electrical issues with any future vehicles will definitely be using him again.

Visited my home to diagnose a fault with my wife's new car. Instantly recognised the battery wasn't the correct one, despite Halfords telling me it was perfect the previous day.New battery ordered and installed the following day. All error codes cleared and just completed a week of stress free driving.Great service.Recommended.

Pal fitted me in quickly, gave a very thorough assessment of a faulty aircon blower and sorted the issue with my stop start system. Explained what he was doing as he went on.

I Highly recommend OBD Pal after my experience. I phoned him on short notice as I needed to wire in my upgraded headlights for my Scirocco and he manged to squeeze me in almost instantly and sort it out for me. Not to mention his eager to help over the phone and in person. Top Man right here!!
