I didn’t purchase from the Inverness showroom but I certainly will in future. These guys I can’t praise enough. Experts in their profession and no quibbles on the miles travelling here and in all weather to investigate & repair.If all businesses were as helpful my life would be so much easier and happier.Thank you guys .

I recently purchased a Wellis Palermo Hot Tub from Hydropool Inverness. I cannot praise the entire team enough. Since initially walking into their Inverness Showroom back in October 2022 they have provided outstanding service, expertise and knowledge with nothing at all ever proving too much for them.Both Colin and Gabor were so helpful and easy to deal with. They made several site visits in preparation and kept me fully updated with all progress in relation to my Hot tub. Once an installation date was confirmed they made all the arrangements with regard to the electrician and contacted me throughout included the day before everything was due to complete. The team arrived exactly as planned and on schedule and the whole installation process was seamless.We have been enjoying relaxing in our new purchase since 01 February 2023 and any questions or help which I came across were dealt with swiftly by Colin who was always at the end of the phone. I contacted Colin on Friday 03 February at 16:30hrs regarding a small issue with my sound system and he arranged to come out at 0900hrs the very next day ( Sat) and rectify the small issue with no problem or fuss at all.I cannot rate the guys at Hydropool any higher and would 100 per cent recommend their company to anyone out there seeking to purchase any item from their showroom.Well done to the whole team at Inveness. Absolutely first class.

Just a nightmare . Our hot tub had lots of problems from day one . Gabor promises to come and sort it out and never turns up . All great excuses but over a year on and it’s the same old story. Very interesting they have no social profile on FB or Insta if they did I would be on there. I’ve had other hot tubs from different companies who were much better
