A big shout out to Jo and the crew at Lawn King UK ! I I am an Australian and I turned to Lawn King in desperate need of parts for my top of the range Grillo Climber 10 AWD 27 which has been inoperable for 3 months because of a farcical lack of parts and supply logistic problems here in Australia. Jo and her staff were able to put me on the right path so that I could resolve the problems within A WEEK !This a company and a group of people who went above and beyond the call of duty to provide support and service ! Each person I spoke to demonstrated an unsolicited and genuine wish to help, even a bloke from Australia !I cannot think of , nor have I experienced ever, this level of professionalism and true to their word" provision of service and support ! Fan ...bloody ...tastic I would give you 10 stars if I could."
